Q:  What is the Peanut Butter Promise?

A:  The Peanut Butter Promise, in its truest form, is an integrity-success philosophy that is being presented in both personal and business venues by the Winners Success Network and Peanut Butter Promise founder, author and motivational-encourager Steve Rose.  “The premise of the Peanut Butter Promise is that every person and viable company has a unique purpose; that their noble dreams and objectives are meant to come true; and just as peanut butter was destined to unite with jelly, there are people destined to come into those lives to help them achieve personal and/or business goals.”  The people that come into help achieve those objectives are called Peanut Butter Promise Partners and goals put into a written plan-of-action are called DreamGoals, which is the combination of dreams and goals.

Q:  How is the Peanut Butter Promise different from other motivational seminars?

A:  There are three distinct differences, but first some important commentary.  The Peanut Butter Promise suggests there are no “new” success laws or principles, but just a fresh way to present the performance raising thoughts in a way they may be better received.  Here are three reasons why the PBP is unique.  First, the PBP invites a long-term follow up relationship with all attendees and clients.  This is done through a support website or other coaching opportunities.  Second, the PBP goes all out to show that every person and viable company does have a unique place in the marketplace; their noble and realistic goals and objectives are meant to come to pass and that people are destined to come into those lives to help them achieve those goals.  And thirdly is the PBP definition of success.

Q:  How does the Peanut Butter Promise define success?

A:  While other definitions of success may deal more with quantity, awards, income and lifestyle, the PBP believes that true personal or business success is, “Keeping individual and/or company priorities in order, and integrity intact, while using individual and/or corporate talents, abilities and gifts to fulfill personal and/or business goals and objectives." The PBP believes that if an individual or company is doing this, they are successful, period.

Q:  Who should attend a Peanut Butter Promise seminar?

A:  It’s our opinion that every person should attend one and every company host one.  Realistically we understand that not everyone will see the need or take advantage of this unique opportunity and exciting philosophy and system.  Whether a company is a Fortune 500 company or a family-owned storefront, the PBP is capable of bringing more joy, profits, quality of cooperation and service to the corporate staff and employees.  Steve Rose is a popular motivational-encourager and DreamGoal coach who can help unite management and employees for the common good of both.

Q:  Is the Peanut Butter Promise faith-based?

A:  Yes, to this degree.  Steve takes a few minutes during a PBP to clarify that the laws and principles shared are biblical and based on Christian values. That is why he believes they can be trusted.  That said the PBP is not denominationally biased.  Attendees to PBP seminars have come from a wide variety of faiths, and to date, no one has ever been offended by Steve’s limited remarks where faith is concerned.

Q:  How did the Peanut Butter Promise come about?

A:  A while back Justin Pierce, the Senior Vice-President from Associated Television International in Los Angeles contacted Steve Rose and his wife Kathi to ask if he could represent them in a major publishing and television deal for their book Coincidence or Godincidence.  After agreeing to allow Justin and ATI to do so, Steve realized that we all have gifts and talents and wonderful work, but sometimes we need others to help us bring them to the marketplace.  From this revelation came the Peanut Butter Promise; and the premise that “just as peanut butter was to unite with jelly” – he and Justin were destined to meet, in what he now refers to as “Justin Time.”  Steve considers Justin a premier Peanut Butter Promise Partner.  As he has done with other book ideas, he sat down and passionately applied his revelation to paper and the rest as they say is history.  Book/TV

Q:  Does Steve plan to write a Peanut Butter Promise book?

A:  Absolutely!  His agents have inquired about this.  He has never been more excited about such a book; and he has written five others.  But according to Steve he will write it only when the timing is right and the PBP and other seminars have been properly established.  But yes, he sees a publication with the cuteness of Who Moved the Cheese and the power and popularity of the Purpose Driven Life and The Secret in this work.  Depending on the potential book and TV series for Coincidence or Godincidence he would not rule out a late 2009 release!
